Smith and Wesson Victory Pistol For Sale

$999.00

bsa41@ptd.net

See more pictures below.

This Smith and Wesson Victory Model is chambered for .38 caliber.  It bears both U.S. and British proof  marks, tell me that it was a lend lease gun.

The W.B. on the butt stands for Waldemar Bromberg, the Ordnance officer in 1942.

This pistol still carries all of it's original parts as shown by the matching numbers on every numbered part.

All markings are crisp and clear.

It shows no evidence of use beyond proof firing.

The pistol is as new. The finish is 99% and the hammer and trigger are case hardened as when new.

The British acceptance marks appear to have been stamped after the parkerizing was applied.

The bore is clean and shiny as it should be.

I searched for years for this gun.  I looked at many loose, worn, mismatched pistols.  When I found this one, I did not even ask the price.  I just said, "I'll take it".

If you would also like the holster, it is listed here.

Read the description, look at the pictures, ask questions, repeat. ;-)

I will be happy to give you any additional information that you may desire.
Yes, I will combine shipping when possible!

I will accept payment by...
Cash in person
USPS money orders
Bank wire transfers
Gold or valuable gems ;-)

Unfortunately the bad guys got here before you with other forms of payment.

First born children and wives are not accepted, I have enough of them. ;-0

I am not a dealer.  I am just a retired fellow whose retirement plan did not meet it's promises, so my collection must go to pay bills.

OK, here's the fine print...It's an old gun.  I will not warranty that it is safe to shoot. As with any used weapon, one must have it checked by a gunsmith prior to firing.
Shipping and FFL costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The sale must comply with all state and federal laws in effect at the time of the sale.
